Flea & Tick- Client will not knowingly bring live fleas, lice or ticks into the studio. If found during the grooming process, the owner will be notified. Further recommendations, including flea & tick treatment will be discussed. *

Heath & Behaviour- The owner confirms that the pet is in good health and is up-to-date on vaccinations. The owner will inform the groomer of any known health or behavioural issues prior to grooming. *

Fees & Payment- The owner agrees to pay for grooming fees as outlined by the groomer. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may be subject to additional charges. *

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy- The owner agrees to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. The owner understands that a late arrival may result in rescheduling. Fees may apply for these reasons as well as for no-shows. *

Liability- The groomer is insured and will take necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the pet during the grooming process. The owner acknowledges grooming involves inherent risks, and the groomer is not liable for injury/illness. *

Emergency Care- In the event of an emergency, the groomer is authorized to seek veterinary care for the pet. The owner is responsible for any associated veterinary expenses. *

Photographs- The groomer may take photographs of the groomed pet for the portfolio or promotional purposes, unless the owner explicitly requests otherwise. *

Matting- The owner understands that Matting can be detrimental to the pet's health and cause discomfort, pain or injury. Dematting with the appropriate tools and techniques will be attempted when feasible, otherwise the pet will be Shaved Short. *

Puppies- The owner understands that puppies may have different grooming needs and may require extra patience and care. The owner has provided information about the puppies vaccination status, temperament and any specific requirements. *

Release of Liability Related to Addressing Matting- The owner releases the groomer from liability for irritations, injuries or damages that may occur as a result to Matting. *

Grooming Puppies and Seniors- The owner acknowledges the risks that come with grooming a puppy or senior pet and understands the groomer will implement necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the pet throughout the grooming process. *
